Lava Boat Tours are an extreme adventure to watch the birth of the earth. This is an open ocean adventure not a calm Kona boat tour. Our custom built Armstrong Marine boats are the best in the lava tour business and were specifically designed for volcano tours not re-purposed fishing boats however East Hawaii is well known for challenging ocean conditions. If you have preexisting back, neck, recent surgeries or other conditions that could be aggravated by a bumpy boat ride then this tour is not for you. Not recommended for expected mothers. All passengers must be over the age of 4 years. If you have any questions please consult your physician before booking tour. If captain feels you are at risk we reserve the right to refuse service for your safety. All guest will have to climb a 8ft painters ladder to board vessel which also is our physical fitness requirement.
